Nhơn Trạch underground water plant, capacity of 20,000m3/day and night.
Water price: 11,500 VND/m3
In addition, the IP can also use water supplied from the Thien Tan water plant, with a capacity of 200,000m3/day and night.

Wastewater Treatment Services

Wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000m3/day/night (Phase 1)
Industrial wastewater standard: QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
Wastewater treatment fee: 0.35USD/m3 (excluding VAT)

Wastewater volume is calculated as 80% of the water supply volume

Telecommunications

- With the information and communication services of VNPT, FPT, Viettel, etc., meeting the needs of customers in the industrial park.

- Transmission speed parameters:

ADSL: up to 8MB/s.
Fiber optic: up to 90MB/s.

Warehouse and Port Services

- The IP has a port with a capacity of 30,000 tons, serving the common needs of businesses in the IP and the surrounding area, facilitating import and export of goods.

- Land rent: from 15,000 to 20,000 VND/m2/year (regulated by the State at each time) (VAT not applicable)
