Tam Hiệp Industrial Park is one of the industrial parks operating very effectively in the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone with an area of 417 hectares. With its attraction, Tam Hiệp Industrial Park has attracted 26 investors, including 03 foreign investors, with a total registered investment capital of more than 6.08 trillion VND, equivalent to 317.9 million USD. Following the success of Tam Hiệp Industrial Park in particular and the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in general, to continue creating impetus for industrial development for the locality, on February 19, 2010, the Prime Minister approved the policy of expanding Tam Hiệp Industrial Park to 608ha. Currently, this is still one of the leading industrial parks in Quảng Nam province.

Geographical location and transportation

Tam Hiệp Industrial Park is located in the economic development driving area of the province, about 30 km from the provincial center of Quảng Nam (Tam Ky City), 90 km from Da Nang City to the North; 25 km from Quang Ngai City center to the South, with National Highway 1A, North-South Expressway, North-South railway running through, Chu Lai airport, and seaport system. The area has the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone and borders the Dung Quat Economic Zone (about 25km).

Import tax incentives: Import tax exemption for goods creating fixed assets; import tax exemption for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies, semi-finished products that are goods that have not been produced domestically and are imported to serve production.
