Overview of Thuận Yên Industrial Park
Thuận Yên Industrial Park is one of the first 4 IPs established in Quảng Nam province and is on the list of IPs nationwide approved by the Government under Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006. However, due to some subjective and objective reasons, Thuận Yên Industrial Park has not been given attention to invest in synchronous infrastructure to attract businesses. In recent years, with the attention of the Quảng Nam provincial government and businesses, Thuận Yên Industrial Park has been invested in complete and synchronous infrastructure, plus its geographical advantages, Thuận Yên Industrial Park has gradually narrowed the gap in occupancy rate and FDI attraction compared to other IPs in the province such as Dong Que Son, Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc, Bac Chu Lai, Tam Hiep.... Currently, the Industrial Park is focusing on attracting industries in which the locality has strengths such as:Infrastructure investment and factory business; Processing industry of agro-forestry-fishery products; Manufacturing industry; consumer goods, construction materials; Assembly industry; electronics, garment industry.

Road (National Highway, Provincial Road):
2km west of Tam Ky city center, located next to National Highway 1A and the North-South railway;
Distance to Da Nang City (Da Nang City): 60km Distance to Hoi An City (Quang Province.
Railway: 3km from Tam Ky Station.
Seaway: 30km from Ky Ha port.
Airway: 30km from Chu Lai airport.

Land lease costs and investment incentives
Investment costs:
Land lease: 30-35 USD/m2/50 years) (price does not include VAT)
Management fee: 0.25 USD/m2/year (price does not include VAT)
Electricity price: According to the price list of Quảng Nam Electricity at the time of use. Implementing Circular 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Regulations on electricity sale prices.
Water price: According to the water price announcement of the water supply unit at the time of use.
Investment incentives:
Corporate income tax incentives: 10% for 15 years; exemption for 04 years from the time taxable income is generated and a 50% reduction for the next 9 years. 50% reduction of personal income tax for people with taxable income.
Import tax incentives: Exemption of import tax for goods that create fixed assets; exemption of import tax for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies, semi-finished components that are goods that have not been produced domestically and are imported to serve production.
