Payment methods:

First payment: 20% of the contract value after signing the land lease contract;

Second payment: 40% of the contract value 3 months from the date of the first payment;

3rd payment: 40% of the contract value 3 months from the date of the second payment;

Land lease prices and payment methods may be negotiable, depending on the scale of investment;

Electricity and water service prices are according to the price list prescribed by the People's Committee of Quảng Nam province at each time;
