I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Sài Đồng B INDUSTRIAL PARK

On March 11, 1996, the Prime Minister approved the Project to build and trade infrastructure of Sài Đồng B Industrial Park under Decision 151/TTg for Hà Nội Electronics Company (HANEL), now HANEL Joint Stock Company, as the investor. The Sài Đồng B IZ project was approved with an operating term of 50 years on a planned land area of 97.11 hectares located in the administrative boundaries of Sài Đồng town, Thach Ban, Gia Thuy, Long Biên communes, Gia Lam district, Hà Nội, now Sài Đồng ward, Long Biên district, Hà Nội city.
Regarding traffic connections, Sài Đồng B IP, with its location at the eastern gateway of Hà Nội city, has extremely easy access to the inner city area as well as neighboring provinces and cities, specifically:
+ Only 10 km from the center of Hà Nội city
+ 30 km from Noi Bai International Airport

+ 27 km from Bac Ninh city
+ 22 km from Pho Noi Hung Yen

II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF Sài Đồng B INDUSTRIAL PARK

The power supply system of Sài Đồng B IP is designed and built with a total power supply capacity of 80 MVA and is managed by Hà Nội Electricity

The water supply system in Sài Đồng B Industrial Park has a designed capacity of 6,500 m3/day and night, ensuring stable service for projects operating in the industrial park

Wastewater treatment system: According to the initial design, Sài Đồng B Industrial Park was not designed with a centralized wastewater treatment system, leading to severe pollution in the Cau Bay canal area - where the discharge connection point of the industrial park is located. It was not until November 2012 that the wastewater treatment system of Sài Đồng B Industrial Park was started construction with a treatment capacity of 1,500 m3/day and night

Internal traffic road system: Because it was designed and built a long time ago, the internal road system of Sài Đồng B Industrial Park is built in the form of parallel branch roads connected to 2 main routes running along the industrial park and the road width of the industrial park is quite small and shows signs of degradation.
