The investor who established and developed the IP is Thang Long Industrial Park Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Dong Anh Mechanical Joint Stock Company - LICOGI (42% contributed capital) and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan (58% contributed capital). This is also considered an advantage that makes Thang Long IP one of the leading industrial parks in the country, developing the export electromechanical industry, mechanics, assembly, manufacturing electronic components and is highly attractive to mechanical and electronic enterprises, typically from Japan. Thang Long Industrial Park is located in 4 communes: Kim Chung, Dai Mach, Vong La, Hai Boi, Dong Anh district, Ha Noi city, with a total initial investment for infrastructure of 90 million USD. Power supply system: The IP has a power supply from the national grid from two 110kV lines to the E1.17 substation through a 22kV medium voltage grid distribution system, arranging the construction of an underground cable system designed along the land plots to the foot of the factory fence. Water supply system: The industrial park is supplied with clean water from the Dong Anh water plant with a capacity of 8,000 m3/day, ensuring that it meets the needs of the projects.
Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater from factories will be put into the industrial park's common treatment tank with a capacity of 8,000 to 11,000 m3/day and night through an underground pipe system before being discharged into the environment.
Internal traffic system: The traffic system in the IP is arranged with a main axis of 40m wide, with 6 lanes, branch roads of 24m - 26m wide and 2 lanes. All internal roads of the IP are equipped with high-pressure lighting systems arranged along the road.
Information and communication system: The information and communication system in the IP is invested in multi-service, with a modern telecommunications network that meets international standards, fully and quickly meeting all requirements for information and communication services at home and abroad.
Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged in a floating form, along the water supply pipeline with a distance according to current standards. Ensuring fire fighting when incidents occur.
