OVERVIEW OF PHU XUAN INDUSTRIAL PARK - QUANG NAM

Phú Xuân Industrial Park is one of the relatively new industrial parks put into operation in Quảng Nam province. On November 29, 2007, the Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 3873 /QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province on approving the general planning of Phú Xuân Industrial Park in Phú Ninh district, Quảng Nam province with a planned area of 365 hectares. However, due to many problems, it was not until 2015 that Phú Xuân Industrial Park completed the construction items to put the works into production service for investors. To increase the attractiveness of industry in Phú Ninh district, and create a new attraction for Phú Xuân Industrial Park in the new phase. Recently, the Resolution of the XXI Congress of the Phú Ninh District Party Committee (term 2020 - 2025) identified the implementation of Phú Xuân Industrial Park in the direction of diversifying investment types, in which priority is given to high-tech or service application industrial parks.

Phú Xuân Industrial Park has a great advantage in terms of traffic, located near Tam Ky city, and adjacent to the two most important routes in the region, which are National Highway 1A and the Dung Quat - Quang Ngai expressway. From when industry can conveniently connect to industrial zones and major centers:

4km from Tam Ky city, Quảng Nam province;

70km from Da Nang City;

24km from Chu Lai Airport (Quảng Nam); 70km from Da Nang Airport;

15km from Tam Hiep Port (Quảng Nam);

23km from Ky Ha Port (Quảng Nam);

65km from Tien Sa Port (Da Nang).

Power is supplied from the national grid through the Phu Ninh 110KV substation with 2 transformers with a capacity of 40 MVA each, providing stable power to the Industrial Park.

Supplied by Phú Ninh Water Plant, capacity 20,000 m3/day and night

Land rental costs and investment incentives at Phú Xuân Industrial Park

Investment costs :

Land rent: 30-35 USD/m2/50 years) (price does not include VAT)

Management fee: 0.25 USD/m2/year (price does not include VAT)

Electricity price: According to the price list of Quảng Nam Electricity at the time of use. Implementing Circular 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Regulating the implementation of electricity selling prices.

Water price: According to the water price announcement of the water supply unit at the time of use.

Investment incentives:

Corporate income tax incentives: 10% for 15 years; exemption for 04 years from the time taxable income is generated and a 50% reduction for the next 9 years. 50% reduction of personal income tax for people with taxable income.

Import tax incentives: Exemption from import tax for goods creating fixed assets; Import tax exemption for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies, and semi-finished components that are domestically unavailable and imported to serve production.
