I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Sóc Sơn CLEAN INDUSTRIAL PARK
Sóc Sơn Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Vietnam according to Decision No. 1107/QDD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 with a planned area of 300 ha. On December 1, 2014, Sóc Sơn Industrial Park was approved for adjusting the planned area to increase from 300 ha to 340 ha.
On April 3, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for building technical infrastructure of Sóc Sơn clean industrial park for DDk Construction Investment Group Joint Stock Company as the investor according to Decision No. 539/QD-TTg. The Sóc Sơn clean industrial park project has a total registered investment capital of more than 3,200 billion VND, has an operating term of 50 years, and is implemented on a planned land area of 302.8 ha, a decrease of 37.2 ha compared to the initial planned area and is expected to be converted to urban land after fully meeting the conditions and procedures in accordance with the law.

Sóc Sơn Clean Industrial Park is located in Minh Tri and Tân Dân communes, Sóc Sơn district, Hà Nội city, which is the northern gateway of Hà Nội city, near Noi Bai airport and Hà Nội - Lao Cai Expressway, and conveniently connects to provinces such as Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh. With the orientation of being built into a concentrated industrial park attracting clean investment projects, environmentally friendly and in harmony with the living environment of the surrounding residents, Sóc Sơn Clean Industrial Park is expected to become a highly interested investment destination after being completed and put into operation.
II. INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF Sóc Sơn CLEAN INDUSTRIAL PARK
Power supply system: the power source for production at Sóc Sơn Industrial Park is supplied from the newly built 110kV/22kV Sóc Sơn 3 transformer station
Water supply system: Sóc Sơn Clean Industrial Park has two clean water sources for production: the clean water supply system of Hà Nội city and the on-site groundwater exploitation system built to temporarily serve the project with a water supply capacity of 14,000 m3/day and night
Wastewater treatment system: production wastewater at the clean industrial park is treated through the industrial park's centralized wastewater treatment system, which is designed with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater from column C to column A according to Vietnamese environmental technical standards
The internal road system is designed and built according to a grid pattern, making it easy to move within the industrial park as well as connect to external roads.
The information and communication system of Sóc Sơn Clean Industrial Park is directly connected to the fence of each land plot in the industrial park
III. LAND RENTAL COSTS AT Sóc Sơn CLEAN INDUSTRIAL PARK
Infrastructure usage fee: 220 USD - 260 USD/m2/50 years for manufacturing; 250 USD/m2/50 years for logistics projects
Industrial park infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.8 USD/m2/year
Annual land rent: Applied according to the regulations of the People's Committee of Hà Nội city
Wastewater treatment fee: 4,500 VND/m3
Electricity price: Applied according to EVN's electricity price schedule
Water price: 8,000 VND/m3

IV. CURRENT INVESTMENT STATUS OF Sóc Sơn CLEAN INDUSTRIAL PARK
Currently, the investor of the industrial park is actively coordinating with functional agencies to develop a compensation and site clearance plan for affected households to have land for project implementation.
