PHU NGHIA INDUSTRIAL PARK – HANOI

Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park is located on the QL6A axis between the two towns of Chuc Son and Xuân Mai, Chuong My district, Hà Nội city, and was established in 2007.  
I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF PHU NGHIA INDUSTRIAL PARK
Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park was established according to Official Letter No. 487/TTg-CN dated April 17, 2007 of the Prime Minister, Decision No. 2508/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (now the People's Committee of Hà Nội city) in Chuong My district, Hà Nội city. Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park is approved for planning 170ha in Chuong My District, Hà Nội City, on the QL6A axis between the two towns of Chuc Son and Xuân Mai, Chuong My District, Hà Nội City invested and operated by Phu My Group Joint Stock Company in infrastructure construction and business. 
According to Decision No. 1627/QD-UBND dated September 05, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province, Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park was approved for detailed planning with a total area of ​​1,701,196.8 m2, including the planned land area (Area A and Area B of Phú Nghĩa Industrial Cluster, 02 Industrial - Handicraft Points of Phú Nghĩa Commune, Tien Phuong Commune) with an area of ​​916,483 m2 and an expansion of 784,713.8 m2. The company started investing in building the industrial park's infrastructure in 2007 and soon attracted investors to implement projects. In 2011, the industrial park land area decreased to 45,567 m2 to transfer to land for building Tien Phuong Housing Area under Decision No. 2318/QD-UBND dated May 23, 2011 on approving the detailed plan of Tien Phuong Housing Area, ratio 1/500, accordingly, the total area of ​​the industrial park is 1,655,629.8 m2. In 2014, the industrial park's detailed plan was partially adjusted under Decision No. 4231/QD-UBND dated August 12, 2014, in which: a part of the industrial land and green land was adjusted to infrastructure land to build the Phase 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant and solid waste collection area. Currently, the total land area of ​​the industrial park is 165.1 ha and reaches 100% occupancy rate.

About the nature: Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park is approved as a multi-industry industrial park, however, with its location near the center of Hà Nội, the industrial park still focuses on attracting light industries and small-scale industries that have little impact on the environment.
II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF PHU NGHIA INDUSTRIAL PARK – HUNG YEN PROVINCE
Power supply system: The industrial park arranges a 110/35KV station with a system of wires designed along the land plots, ensuring full and stable power supply to the factory.
Water supply system: The industrial park invests in building a clean water supply plant with a capacity of 6,000m3/day and night.
Wastewater treatment system: The industrial park invests in building a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,000m3/day and night.
Internal traffic system: The internal traffic system accounts for 15% of the total area of ​​the industrial park, including main roads 30m and 25m wide and branch roads. All internal roads of the industrial park are equipped with a high-pressure lighting system arranged along the road.
Information and communication system: The information and communication system in the industrial park is synchronously invested, designed underground, with a modern telecommunications network meeting international standards to fully and quickly meet all information and communication service requirements at home and abroad.
Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged on the surface, along the water supply pipeline with distances according to current standards.

III. CURRENT STATUS OF PHU NGHIA INDUSTRIAL PARK – HANOI
Phú Nghĩa Industrial Park was built immediately after the establishment decision and soon went into operation. In addition, in 2021, the State issued a decision to expand the scale of Phu My Industrial Park, promising to become an attractive investment destination for large projects.
