NORTH Thuong Tin INDUSTRIAL PARK - HANOI
North Thuong Tin Industrial Park was first included in the plan according to the list of industrial park development plans of Ha Noi City approved by the Prime Minister in Document No. 487/TTg-CN dated April 19, 2007 and Document No. 2376/TTg-KTN dated December 1, 2014, North Thuong Tin Industrial Park has a total planned land area of 430 ha, including:
Ha-Binh-Phuong industrial cluster (already in operation with an area of 41.62 ha invested by DIA Investment Joint Stock Company);
An area of 308.1 ha was assigned to HS Vietnam Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (HS Company) as the Investor; The project was granted Investment Certificate No. 032043000014 on October 19, 2007 by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of the former Ha Tay province (now the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Export Processing Zones of Ha Noi). After the general construction plan of the Capital was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1259/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2011 and the general construction plan of Thuong Tin district with a scale of 1/10,000 was approved by the People's Committee of Ha Noi City in Decision No. 5516/QD-UB dated October 20, 2015, the land area of the HS Company's project (located north of the 550KV power line) continues to be planned as industrial land with the remaining approximately 31.6 ha; the remaining area of 276.5 ha is planned to have the intended land use function as high-tech agricultural land. Currently, HS Company is studying the preparation of a detailed adjustment plan for the project according to regulations;
The area of 80.4 ha was assigned to DIA Investment and Development Co., Ltd. - Ha Tay (DIA Company) as the Investor; The project was granted Investment Certificate No. 03221000015 on October 19, 2007 by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of the former Ha Tay province. After the general construction plan of the Capital was approved by the Prime Minister, the land area of the DIA Company's project (80.4 ha) continued to be planned as industrial park land (located south of the 550KV power line). In 2016, DIA Company issued a document requesting self-termination of the project's operation according to the provisions of the 2014 Investment Law. Currently, this area of the project does not have an Investor.

Most recently updated, according to the general construction plan of Thuong Tin district approved by Ha Noi city in Decision No. 5516/QD-UBND dated October 20, 2015, North Thuong Tin Industrial Park was approved with a land area of 112 ha. The industrial park is located in the communes of Van Binh, Ninh So, Lien Phuong, Thuong Tin district, Ha Noi city, with the following geographical boundaries:
The North borders the 4th ring road;
The South borders the residential area of Lien Phuong commune;
The East borders the residential area of Van Tao commune;
The West borders the Phap Van - Cau Gie highway.
In terms of location, North Thuong Tin Industrial Park has convenient traffic connections, located near important traffic routes. Specifically, Thuong Tin Industrial Park is 1km from Thuong Tin station, 20km from Ha Noi, directly adjacent to the Ha Noi - Ninh Binh highway and the 4th ring road.
Currently, 2 Investors have submitted applications for approval of investment policies according to the provisions of the 2020 Investment Law.
