I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Bình Đông INDUSTRIAL PARK
Bình Đông Industrial Park was approved for addition to the planning of industrial parks in Tiền Giang Province in Official Dispatch No. 2467/TTg_KTN dated December 21, 2009, of the Prime Minister with a planned area of 212 ha. On October 22, 2020, the Bình Đông industrial park project was approved by the People's Committee of Tiền Giang Province for a construction sub-division plan at a scale of 1/2000 in Decision No. 4089/QĐ-UBND with a planned scale of 211.96 ha.
On September 15, 2022, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for the construction and business of infrastructure of Bình Đông Industrial Park in Decision No. 1086/QĐ-TTg for the investor, Central MK Solar Power Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of VND 2,428.376 billion (of which contributed capital is VND 365 billion).
The project has a land use area of 211.96 ha (of which industrial land area is 160.4 ha), located in Bình Đông Commune, Gò Công Town, Tiền Giang Province, and has an operating term of 50 years (from 2022-2072) and is expected to be completed within 03 years. On February 17, 2023, the Bình Đông Industrial Park Project was granted Investment Registration Certificate No. 5860422376 by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Tiền Giang Province.

Regarding its nature, Bình Đông Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, focusing on attracting investment projects in the fields of: food production and processing, beverage production, cosmetics, detergents, metal coating treatment; production of products from wood, bamboo, rattan, straw and braided materials; production of pre-cast metal products; production of automobiles and other motor vehicles; processing and manufacturing industries, sports equipment, medical equipment...
Regarding regional links, Bình Đông Industrial Park is bordered by the Vàm Cỏ River to the North and National Highway 50 to the South, allowing convenient transportation connections by both waterway and road, with distances:
