An Định Industrial Park - Vĩnh Long Province

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF AN DINH INDUSTRIAL PARK

An Định Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Vĩnh Long province in Official Dispatch No. 1453/TTg-KTN dated August 16, 2010, with a scale of 200 ha. According to the planning of Vĩnh Long province for the period 2021-2030, the area of An Định industrial park is kept at 200 ha until 2030.
On May 12, 2020, An Định IP was approved by the People's Committee of Vĩnh Long province for the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 in Decision 1130/QD-UBND with a scale of 200 ha (of which the area of industrial land for lease is 147 ha, accounting for 73.50%), the planned location belongs to An Phước commune, Mang Thít district, Vĩnh Long province. The Northeast boundary is about 200m from provincial road 902 and adjacent to a residential area; the Southeast is adjacent to district road 34B; the Southwest borders road 33B; the Northwest borders Dinh Thoi A road.

Regarding the nature, An Định industrial park attracts investment projects in the following fields: Agricultural - food processing; processing vegetables, fruits and products from fruits; Seafood processing; Products from animal husbandry; Consumer goods manufacturing industry, textiles, handicrafts; Electronic assembly industry; Packaging; Pharmaceuticals - cosmetics, mining and production of building materials...warehouses, services and some other industries with low environmental pollution.
Regarding regional connectivity, the industrial park has a connection location:
- 56 km from Can Tho city; 23 km from Vĩnh Long city; 146 km from Ho Chi Minh city
- About 14 km from National Highway 1A, about 30 km from HCM- Can Tho Expressway
- 65 km from Cai Cui port (Can Tho); 150 km from Hiep Phuoc port
- 70 km from Can Tho international airport; 154 km from Tan Son Nhat airport

II. AN DINH IP INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM

Internal traffic system: the main axis of the industrial park has a right-of-way of 31m-43m, in which the road surface width is 16m-21m; branch roads in the area have a width of 12m-20m, in which the road surface is 6m-8m wide. The entire traffic route is arranged with sidewalks ranging from 6m-8m on each side.

Power supply system: In the short term, the power source for production of the industrial park is taken from the medium voltage line on DT.902 road. In the long term, the industrial park will be invested in a temporary 110KV/22KV transformer station in the area to serve the electricity production needs of businesses.

Water supply system: An Định Industrial Park is invested in building a water plant with a capacity of 4,300 m3/day and night from the surface water source of the Co Chien River. The water supply pipeline system uses HDPE D110-D315 pipes in a loop connected to each lot in the area.
Wastewater treatment system: all production wastewater in An Định IP is collected and treated at a centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 2,500 m3/day and night, after treatment it meets column A standards before being discharged into the environment.
Other infrastructure utilities: The rainwater drainage system is arranged independently of the wastewater drainage system; Lighting system and landscape trees; Telecommunication system; Fire protection system; Ground elevation from +2.43m.

III. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION IN AN DINH IP INFRASTRUCTURE

Currently, Long Hau Joint Stock Company is carrying out procedures to request approval of investment policies to become the investor of An Định Industrial Park and is awaiting approval from the Prime Minister.
