I. OVERVIEW OF PHU AN THANH IP
Phu An Thạnh Industrial Park (or PAT IP) was established in 2007 with the investor being Phu An Thạnh One Member Limited Company - Long An with an initial planned area of 692 hectares. Of which, the planned area for phase 1 is 387 hectares (including 80 hectares of expansion), and the planned area for phase 2 is 305 hectares.
On March 27, 2021, Phu An Thạnh Industrial Park was adjusted to reduce its area to 352.7511 hectares according to Decision 469/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
Regarding the nature: Phu An Thạnh Industrial Park is a multi-sector industrial park, in which, the goal is to focus on attracting industries such as: textiles, dyeing, electroplating; animal feed processing; production of building materials; production of wooden products; pharmaceutical production; electronics industries; production of food and beverages; production of equipment and components...

II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF PHU AN THANH INDUSTRIAL PARK
Power supply system: is taken from the national grid through the 110/22kV internal substation with a capacity of 90 MVA
Water supply system: Phu An Thạnh Industrial Park has invested in building a clean water supply plant corresponding to 02 construction phases, in which, in phase 1, the project has a water supply capacity of 9,000 m3/day and night, phase 2 is built with a designed capacity of 48,000 m3/day and night.
Wastewater treatment system: the industrial park has built 02 wastewater treatment stations corresponding to 02 phases, with wastewater treatment capacity reaching 3,300 m3 and 9,600 m3/day and night respectively.
III. LAND RENTAL COSTS AND INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AT PHU AN THANH INDUSTRIAL PARK
Infrastructure usage fee: 168 USD - 188 USD/m2/entire lease term depending on the rental area and production sector
Management fee: 0.67 USD/m2/year
Annual land rent: According to the decision of the People's Committee of Long An province
Clean water price: 11,100 VND/m3
Electricity price: Applied according to EVN's electricity price list plus 9 USD/KVA surcharge from the industrial park
Wastewater treatment fee: 10,200 VND - 16,700 VND/m3 depending on the quality of incoming wastewater
Note: The above prices do not include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
Investment incentives: 100% CIT exemption for the first 02 years, 50% tax reduction for the next 04 years.
In addition, the investor of Phu An Thạnh IP also supports the free implementation of investment license procedures for projects leasing land in the industrial park.
IV. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION AT PHU AN THANH INDUSTRIAL PARK
