VSIP II - Bắc Ninh Industrial Park

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND PLANNING LOCATION OF VSIP Bắc Ninh II INDUSTRIAL PARK

VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park (or Yên Phong II-B Industrial Park) was formerly Yên Phong II Industrial Park - Phase 1 invested by Song Da Construction Joint Stock Company (SICO) under Investment Registration Certificate No. 21221.000202 issued by the Management Board of Bắc Ninh Industrial Parks on December 30, 2008.
After being licensed, the Project was mortgaged by SICO to borrow capital from Viettinbank, but due to business losses and inability to continue the project, SICO was terminated and the project was revoked by the Management Board of Bắc Ninh Industrial Parks under Decision No. 17/QD-BQL dated April 24, 2017. At the same time, the Management Board of Bắc Ninh Industrial Parks also introduced the planned location as Yên Phong II Industrial Park Phase 1 to VSIP Bắc Ninh Co., Ltd. for further implementation but was entangled in disputes due to the project mortgage of the old investor SICO.
After the relevant legal issues were clarified, on January 15, 2019, Yên Phong II-B Industrial Park was approved for investment policy by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 66/QD-UBND and was established by Bắc Ninh province under Decision No. 848/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2019, approved the construction sub-zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 under Decision No. 605/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2019 of the Bắc Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

The infrastructure investor of VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park is VSIP Bắc Ninh Co., Ltd. with a total investment capital of more than VND 2,358 billion, built on a planned land area of 282.67 ha, of which the industrial park land area is 273.022 ha, the industrial land area for lease is 188.87 ha (accounting for 60%).

Regarding the regional linkage location, VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park is located on the administrative boundaries of Hòa Tiến commune, Tam Giang commune and Cho town, Yên Phong district, Bắc Ninh province. The North and East border residential areas, the West borders the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen highway (National Highway 3), the South borders National Highway 18, so the Industrial Park has a convenient traffic connection position:

- 18 km from Noi Bai International Airport

II. INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF VSIP II INDUSTRIAL PARK

Power supply system: The production electricity source of VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park is supplied from the 110/35/22KV Yên Phong 2 transformer station with a capacity of 63 MVA. The 22 KV power lines are connected in branches, along the traffic routes in the industrial park to each land plot

Water supply system: VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park has a treatment plant built to supply clean water with a capacity of 9,5000 m3/day and night from the Cau River surface water source

Wastewater treatment system: Production wastewater at VSIP 2 Bắc Ninh industrial park is treated by an internal centralized wastewater treatment system with a designed capacity of 6,700 m3/day and night, capable of treating output wastewater to meet column A standards according to Vietnamese environmental technical standards.

Internal traffic system: The internal traffic roads of VSIP Bắc Ninh 2 Industrial Park are designed in a chessboard pattern. The main axis has a cross-sectional width of 77 m, in which the road width on each side is 10.5 m, in the middle there is a 34 m wide landscape water ditch, with green corridors on both sides. Branch roads have a cross-sectional width of 22.5 m - 55 m with sidewalks and green trees on both sides, creating a green space but still ensuring convenient traffic.

Information and communication system: The information and communication system of VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park is located in technical tunnels, technical cable culverts with the ability to provide over 10,000 communication subscriber numbers
In addition, VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park also has the investor build a landscape infrastructure system, regulating lake, rainwater drainage system, modern and synchronous fire protection system, serving the maximum needs of investors in the industrial park

III. CURRENT INVESTMENT STATUS OF VSIP Bắc Ninh II INDUSTRIAL PARK

Currently, VSIP Bắc Ninh II Industrial Park is conducting compensation, site clearance and infrastructure construction. The industrial park is being urgently deployed with the goal of officially going into operation from Quarter 4/2023. It is expected to provide additional industrial land with quality infrastructure for Bắc Ninh province in particular and the North in general.
