Ba Thien II Industrial Park with an area of 308ha, a total investment capital of US $ 65 million is built in four phases, of which Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 were totally completed. Up to now, the Industrial Park has been
leased to nearly 90% of the area of the Phase 1, 2 and 3 and is continuing to be deployed in term of infrastructure of the Phase 4.

Internal transport system is subject to a reasonable design from 2 to 6 lanes with a width from 19.50m –39.00m. In spite of the development on hard ground, with the characteristics of many large load vehicles often coming in and out; however, Ba Thien II Industrial Park has implemented the solution to build the entire road system in accordance with the concrete road standards to ensure smooth operation throughout the entire project implementation, and minimized the need for factories to redistribute their production plans as a result of pavement upgrades
The internal road system of Ba Thien II Industrial Park is also supplemented a large area of trees, lawns and sidewalks on the divider to create green landscape for the entire Industrial Park. Besides, the whole water supply and drainage system of the Industrial Park is designed to run underground beneath both sides of the road corridor to create safety and general hygiene for facilities and workers in the Industrial Park
Power lines: Electrical systems in the Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park is provided from Thien Ke substation which is built specifically for the purpose of developing industrial production. Power lines: 110/22 kV at the stations and
run along the internal roads in the Industrial Park, with a capacity of 63 MVA for the stage 1, then being increased to 126 MVA upon the completion.
Electrical connection points are arranged to the fences foot of the customer’s land lot and are frequently subject to the combination of the Industrial Park with expertise units in the management and scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth power supply for the plant’s manufacturing process
