General Overview of Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park
Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park was established in 1996 under a decision and is considered one of the most successful industrial parks in the Central region, with the participation of many domestic and foreign enterprises investing in various fields of production and trade. Recently, on January 4, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to adjust the area of Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park from 390 hectares to 357.08 hectares. This is a key industrial park of Quảng Nam province, focusing on attracting industries such as mechanics, electronics, construction materials, manufacturing, food processing,... Currently, 63 projects have registered to invest in the Industrial Park, including 33 FDI projects, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,0006 billion and more than USD 500 million.
Geographical location and transportation of Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park:
Located at the northern gateway of Quảng Nam province and on the road connecting Da Nang City and Hoi An Ancient Town, Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park is a driving force to help Quảng Nam province develop strongly in the future. Large-scale projects located here have contributed to improving the economy, raising the living standards of people and creating jobs for thousands of local workers. From the industrial park, it is possible to connect to industrial areas, major centers, specifically:
20km from Da Nang International Airport,
29km north of Tien Sa Port;
100km from Chu Lai Airport, Ky Ha Port, and Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
Infrastructure of Dien Nam- Dien Ngoc Industrial Park
Transportation: main axis road is 51m wide, 300m long; 15m road is 5,000m long; 10.5m road is 4,300m long.
Electricity: using from the national 500KV power grid transmitted to the Industrial Park by 110KV lines. At the foot of the IZ, there is a 40 MVA (110/22) transformer station, a 22 KV network in the IZ.
Water supply and drainage: in the IZ, there is a water plant with a capacity of 5,000 m3/day and night to supply to factories. Complete drainage and wastewater treatment system.
Telecommunications: there is a 3,000-number switchboard in phase I covering the whole country and internationally.
Financial payment, customs and other services are established in the Industrial Park to serve national, international financial payments and on-site services.
Land rental costs and investment incentives at Dien Nam- Dien Ngoc Industrial Park
Investment costs:
Land rental: 30-35 USD/m2/50 years) (price does not include VAT);
Management fee: 0.25 USD/m2/year (price does not include VAT);
Electricity price: According to the price list of Quảng Nam Power Company at the time of use. Implementing Circular 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Regulating the implementation of electricity selling prices.
Water price: According to the water price announcement of the water supply unit at the time of use.
Investment incentives:
Corporate income tax incentives: 10% for 15 years; exemption for 04 years from the time taxable income is generated and a 50% reduction for the next 9 years. 50% reduction of personal income tax for people with taxable income.
Import tax incentives: Exemption of import tax for goods creating fixed assets; exemption of import tax for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies, semi-finished products that are not domestically produced and imported to serve production.
