Láng Trâm Industrial Park - Bạc Liêu Province

Láng Trâm Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Bạc Liêu province according to document No. 787/TTg-KTN dated May 11, 2016 with a planned area of 100 hectares. Láng Trâm Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Bạc Liêu province for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 with a planned area of 94.19 hectares, located in Tan Thanh commune, Giá Rai town, Bạc Liêu province. Láng Trâm Industrial Park is oriented to become a concentrated industrial park, attracting investment projects in the fields of seafood processing; services and industries serving aquaculture and seafood exploitation.
Regarding the regional connectivity location, Láng Trâm Industrial Park is adjacent to National Highway 1A and:
- 51 km from the center of Bạc Liêu city;
- 135 km from the center of Can Tho city, 140 km from Can Tho International Airport;
- 15 km from Ca Mau airport, 13 km from Ca Mau airport

The industrial park has a favorable location as it is located in the central area of the seafood raw material region such as fish and shrimp, helping the IZ become an ideal location to build seafood processing plants, produce animal feed, and preparations from the seafood industry... Currently, although detailed planning has been approved, the industrial park has not yet found an investor to build and trade industrial technical infrastructure. Therefore, attracting investment into Láng Trâm Industrial Park still faces many difficulties, and so far there has only been one project registered to invest and operate in the field of seafood processing by Au Vung II Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company.
