Ninh Quới Industrial Park has been approved for inclusion in the planning list of industrial parks in Bạc Liêu province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, under Decision No. 1598/QD-TTg dated December 8, 2023, of the Prime Minister. The industrial park has a planned area of 257 hectares with the planned location in Hồng Dân district, Bạc Liêu province.
The industrial park is expected to be adjacent to the Quan Lo - Phung Hiep route and the Quan Lo Phung Hiep - Ca Mau canal and:
- About 90 km from Ca Mau city, about 83 km from Ca Mau airport
- About 89 km from Can Tho city, about 96 km from Can Tho international airport
- 113 km from Tran De Port; About 240 km from Cat Lai Port
Although the industrial park is not located near major traffic routes, making access by large vehicles difficult, the industrial park is located in the central area of rice farming materials in the Hau Giang, Soc Trang and Bạc Liêu areas. Suitable for implementing projects in fields such as rice production and processing; Production and processing of agricultural products, animal feed, and fertilizers according to the production and supply model on the spot.
Ninh Quới IP is being coordinated by the People's Committee of Bạc Liêu province with relevant agencies to develop a detailed plan and select investors in accordance with investment laws. Information about Ninh Quới IP will continue to be updated by KLAND in the near future.
