Gia Lách Industrial Park has an area of 350 hectares, with a detailed plan of 100 hectares approved in Decision No. 3282/QD-UB dated December 17, 2007, by the People's Committee of Hà Tĩnh Province. The prioritized investment areas include:

Investment in the construction of industrial park infrastructure and electronics industries
Processing industries for animal feed, forestry products, seafood, and garments
Manufacturing and assembling electrical appliances
Producing packaging
Food processing
Producing consumer goods.

Gia Lách Industrial Park is located in Xuân An town, Nghi Xuân district, Hà Tĩnh province, adjacent to National Highway 8B, near National Highway 1A, 5 km from Vinh City center and 45 km from Hà Tĩnh City, and 103 km from the Cau Treo international border gate.

- 6km from Xuan Hai port, which can accommodate 3,000-ton vessels, and 20 km from Cua Lo port, which can accommodate 10,000-ton vessels.
