Ninh Bình Provincial People's Committee has agreed in principle to allow Phuc Loc Group Joint Stock Company to survey and implement the preparation for investment in construction and business of Kim Sơn industrial park infrastructure.

The fields of investment attraction and industries of Kim Sơn Industrial Park are: Transportation; seaport services; shipbuilding; energy; processing of aquatic products; food technology; biotechnology serving agriculture and aquaculture; garment, handicraft combined with tourism services; some other types of industry.
