` In terms of occupancy rate, making the most of local strengths along with open investment attraction policies, many industrial parks in Thua Thien - Hue achieved high occupancy rates, specifically: (1) Phu Bai Industrial Park sections I and II reached the occupancy rate of 98% with 48 investment projects; (2) La Son Industrial Park achieved the occupancy rate of 37% with 03 investment projects; (3) Phong Dien B Industrial Park and expanded Zone B reach occupancy rate of 74%; (4) Phu Da Industrial Park reaches occupancy rate of 42.5% .....

            Other industrial zones in Thua Thien Hue are also receiving attention from many domestic and international investors such as Phu Bai Industrial Park Phase III, IV, Phong Dien Industrial Park Expand ... It is expected that when put into operation, it will add a large amount of potential industrial land
