Overview of Gò Dầu Industrial Park – Dong Nai

Gò Dầu Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 662/TTg dated October 18, 1995 of the Prime Minister with an area of 330 ha (excluding Vedan Vietnam Industrial Company located outside the industrial park). Sonadezi Company is in charge of managing the construction and business of technical infrastructure services of Gò Dầu IP.

Geographical location of Gò Dầu Industrial Park

Gò Dầu IP is built in Phước Thái commune, Long Thành district, Dong Nai province, located in the southern key economic region (including Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong). It is one of the few industrial parks with an in-land port convenient for importing and exporting goods.

Electricity supply:

Electricity is supplied stably by Dong Nai Power One Member Company Limited, ensuring to meet the needs of businesses throughout the IP.

Water supply:

The water supply system is provided by Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a receiving capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night.

Information and communication:

Convenient telecommunications system with 960 automatic IDD switchboard circuits with VIBA 40 channel system for direct international communication, high-speed ADSL Internet connection

Drainage system:

The drainage system is installed along internal traffic routes to ensure the collection of all rainwater and wastewater from factories in Gò Dầu Industrial Park.

Wastewater is centrally treated at the plant located in the industrial park.

Traffic:

With a complete system of traffic signs, speed bumps, traffic warning lights, road markings, and street lights, the road surface is covered with asphalt concrete with a load (H30) to ensure fast and convenient traffic and transportation of goods.
