Dịch vụ Đầm Nhà Mạc Industrial Park

Dam Nha Mac Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Vietnam in Document No. 1607/TTg-KTN dated September 9, 2019, located in the overall planning of the Industrial Park - Dịch vụ Đầm Nhà Mạc with a planning area of 3,710 ha, of which the planning area of Dam Nha Mac Industrial Park is 1,500 ha, and the land area for urban and service areas is 2,210 ha.

On February 11, 2023, the Prime Minister approved the planning of Quảng Ninh province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, accordingly, the planning area of Dịch vụ Đầm Nhà Mạc Industrial Park was adjusted to 1,735.85 ha, belonging to the coastal economic zone Quảng Yên. Currently, Dịch vụ Đầm Nhà Mạc Industrial Park has been built including 03 component projects:

1. Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (1,192.9 ha) also known as DEEP C Quảng Ninh II IZ
- Approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 1792/QD-TTg dated June 19, 2016, with an operating term of 50 years (from 2016 - 2066)
- It has the function of a seaport complex and an industrial park.
- Planning location belongs to Tien Phong, Lien Hoa, Lien Vi and Phong Coc communes, Quảng Yên town, Quảng Ninh province.
- The current status is that a part of the infrastructure has been completed and put into operation.

2. Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park (366.5 ha) also known as DEEP C Quảng Ninh I IZ

- Established under Decision No. 4283/QD-UBND dated December 21, 2016 of Quảng Ninh Provincial People's Committee. Has an operating term of 50 years (from 2014 - 2064 according to the Investment Certificate issued by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Quảng Ninh province)

- Function: Industrial park and seaport

- Planning location: Tien Phong commune, Quảng Yên town, Quảng Ninh province- Status

- A part of the infrastructure has been completed and put into operation

3. Bach Dang Industrial Park (176.45 ha)

- Approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 988/QD-TTg dated August 7, 2019, with an operating term (from 2019 - 2069).

- Function: Industrial park and seaport support services including industrial land and warehouses for lease

- Planning location: Khu vực Đầm Nhà Mạc, Quảng Yên town, Quảng Ninh province

- Status: Basic infrastructure is under construction

The industrial park and Dịch vụ Đầm Nhà Mạc is the industrial park with the largest planned area of Quảng Ninh province to date, and is oriented as a development center at the Southwest gateway of Quảng Ninh province, taking advantage of the seaport to become a key economic center of Quảng Ninh province in general and the Hai Yen coastal economic zone in particular.
