Phú Thuận Industrial Park - Bến Tre Province

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Phú Thuận INDUSTRIAL PARK

Phú Thuận Industrial Park was approved to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Bến Tre province according to Official Dispatch No. 675/TTg-KTN dated April 27, 2011 of the Prime Minister with an initial planned area of 230 ha. On October 4, 2017, the industrial park was approved for investment policy in Decision No. 1489/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. According to the approved investment policy, the Phú Thuận Industrial Park project has a scale of 231.78 ha, implemented in Phú Thuận and Long Định communes, Bình Đại district, with the investor being the infrastructure development company under the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bến Tre province with a total investment of 2,160 billion VND (of which 1,986.989 billion VND is from the local budget). The project was later adjusted to increase the total investment to 3,582 billion VND according to Decision No. 649/QD-TTg dated May 27, 2022 of the Prime Minister.
On May 16, 2019, Phú Thuận Industrial Park was approved for the Investment Project by the People's Committee of Bến Tre province in Decision No. 1025/QD-UBND. After that, Phú Thuận Industrial Park was officially established according to Decision No. 1365/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2019 with an operating term of 50 years (2019-2069).

Regarding regional links, Phú Thuận Industrial Park is adjacent to National Highway 57B (South) and Cửa Đại River (North), and:
- 20 km from Bến Tre city, 26 km from My Tho city
- 95 km from Ho Chi Minh City
- 103 km from Tan Son Nhat airport; 105 km from Cat Lai Port; 104 km from Hiep Phuoc port
