Currently, Hoa Mac Industrial Park, Ha Nam province has a land area of 16,785 m2, completed infrastructure and completed legal documents, ready to hand over to investors
When investing in Hoa Mac Industrial Park, in addition to using modern and synchronized infrastructure, investors also receive direct and preeminent incentives of Ha Nam province such as:
- Incentives: Exemption from land rent during the basic construction period (maximum 03 years) and continue to be exempted from the next 7-15 years depending on investment fields and areas, specifically:
+ For projects on the list of domains where investment is particularly encouraged or invested in industrial zones: Exempt 15 years from the date of completion of the project and put into operation.
+ For projects on the List of domains encouraged for investment in industrial park areas: Exemption of 11 years from the date of completion of the project and put into operation.
+ For other investment projects investing in industrial parks: Exempt 7 years from the date the project is completed and put into operation.
* At high-tech agricultural production projects:
- The land lease term is 20 years and continue to extend upon the expiry.
- Exempting land rental fee during land reclamation period (01 year).
