Phước Đông IP is planned according to Decision No.: 1477/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province. 2. Location Information
Phước Đông Industrial Park is located in two districts and towns, Gò Dầu District and Trang Bang Town, Tây Ninh Province, Vietnam. Located in the center of Tây Ninh province, it is the main connection point between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh, two important economic and cultural centers of Vietnam and Cambodia. Tây Ninh is the western gateway of Vietnam connecting the Cambodian and Thai markets through Moc Bai international border gate and other national border gates.

DT 782 is currently the most important and largest road connecting to Phước Đông Industrial Park. DT 782-784 is one of the province's important routes in socio-economic development. According to the plan, DT 782 is a technical grade II highway, with a design speed of 100 km/h; asphalt concrete pavement with 4 lanes, 15m wide, with a median strip. This route connects to National Highway 22B, which is very convenient for transporting goods to Ho Chi Minh City. The project is invested with State budget funds.[4]

II. Infrastructure Information at Phước Đông Industrial Park

Regarding transportation, the road system is wide and meets the needs of businesses: Main road: 6 lanes with a right-of-way of 60m; Internal roads: 2-4 lanes with a right-of-way of 18-29m. Saigon VRG supports opening more roads when necessary.
Regarding power supply, production electricity is supplied stably from four internal stations, the system is invested, operated and maintained by Saigon VRG - ensuring the quality of electricity to customers' factories. Total capacity: 500 MVA
Regarding water supply, clean water is supplied from the internal water plant, with a capacity of 120,000 m3/day-night - meeting Vietnamese water quality standards (QCVN 01:2009/BYT). Raw water is supplied from the East canal 220,000 m3/day-night. Water source from Dau Tieng Lake (1.58 billion m3).

Regarding the wastewater treatment system, production wastewater is collected and treated centrally at the internal station with a capacity of 160,000 m3/day-night, meeting standard A according to the regulations in QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into Ba Tuoi stream and Cau Duc stream.
Utilities and services to support the IP include: Customs agency in the area; Inland clearance port; Logistics Center; Banks, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Schools, Dormitories, Residential Areas, Markets, etc.
