Da Nang Fisheries Service Industrial Park was established in 2001 with an area of 57.9 hectares (of which 43.68 hectares of land can be leased) invested by Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company. The land and factory rental term at Dịch vụ thuỷ sản Đà Nẵng Industrial Park is until 2052. The distance from the Industrial Park to the city center, international airport or Da Nang Station is only 4-5km.

The main activity of the Industrial Park is seafood processing, so environmental protection and wastewater treatment are one of the top concerns of the Industrial Park management board, the government and local people. Initially, the wastewater treatment plant was managed and operated by Quoc Viet Company from July 2010 with a designed capacity of 3,000m3/day and night, then the city decided to build another wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000m3/day and night to treat industrial park wastewater and domestic wastewater from residential areas.

Traffic:

The traffic system inside and outside the industrial park is synchronously invested, ensuring all traffic and transportation activities for vehicles with large tonnage.
