NORTH DONG PHU INDUSTRIAL PARK - BINH PHUOC

I. Overview of North Dong Phu Industrial Park

North Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in the Plan for Development of Industrial Parks in Vietnam until 2015 in Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 with an initial planned area of 250 ha.
On April 21, 2008, North Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved to adjust the planned area from 250 ha to 200 ha in Official Dispatch No. 575/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister.
On September 1, 2009, North Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Bình Phước for the detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/2000 with the approved planned area of 183.8 ha.
North Dong Phu Industrial Park continued to have its planning adjusted in Decisions No. 1921/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2012 and Decision No. 318/QD-UBND dated February 09, 2015 of the People's Committee of Bình Phước, accordingly merging the North Dong Phu commercial and service center into North Dong Phu Industrial Park. On April 19, 2016, the People's Committee of Bình Phước issued Decision No. 906/QD-UBND on adjusting the Planning of North Dong Phu Industrial Park, transferring a part of the industrial land area of the park into commercial and service land.
Currently, after many adjustments, North Dong Phu Industrial Park has a planned area of 189.053 ha, including Zone A with a planned area of 135.874 ha and Zone B with a planned area of 53.179 ha. The total industrial land area for lease in the park is approximately over 127 ha.
About location
North Dong Phu Industrial Park is located in Tan Phu town, Dong Phu District and part of Tien Hung commune, Dong Xoai Town, Bình Phước Province. Zone A is bordered to the North by Thanh Tam Hospital, to the South by residential land and existing dirt roads, to the East by DT 741 Road, and to the West by rubber cultivation land; Zone B is bordered to the North, East, and West by residential land, and to the South by Dirt Road.
